A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all Queue Assist services. The remaining balance must be paid when the client is notified that the agent is close to the front of the queue.
Service Scope
Rekify Queue Assist provides queue standing and position monitoring only. The service does not include document handling, form completion, or representation.
Prohibited Handling
Rekify agents do not handle identification documents, bank cards, grant cards, or confidential information, and do not sign documents on behalf of clients.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving promptly once notified. Rekify Reka is not responsible for loss of position due to late arrival.
Delays and External Factors
Rekify Reka is not responsible for delays caused by office closures, system downtime, staff shortages, or operational changes at service locations.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after the agent has joined the queue will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
